Services Voice Era AI provides AI-driven voice and automation solutions, including but not limited to: AI voice assistant development Workflow automation and integration Custom AI model deployment Voice cloning and speech synthesis (where applicable) Ongoing maintenance and optimisation All services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or order confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities By using our services, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Not misuse, copy, resell, or reverse engineer our technology Not use our AI systems for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unethical purposes (including impersonation without consent)

4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property created by Voice Era AI remains our property until full payment is received Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables We retain the right to reuse non-confidential components, frameworks, and methodologies

6. AI & Voice Usage Disclaimer Due to the nature of AI technologies: Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free Voice synthesis or cloning must only be used with proper consent The client is fully responsible for how AI-generated content is used Voice Era AI is not liable for misuse of generated voice or AI outputs.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to: Keep confidential information private Use such information solely for service delivery Not disclose sensitive data to third parties without consent This obligation continues even after termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice Era AI is not liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of profits, revenue, or data Misuse of AI tools by clients or third parties Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., outages, third-party failures)

9. Termination Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed. Upon termination: The client must pay for all completed work We will deliver all paid-for materials Access to services may be revoked

10. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
